Rules

General rules

1. Keep chat clean.
   We are a family friendly, community oriented server, so try not to be vulgar in chat. Light swearing etc. will be permitted, just don’t push it.
2. Don’t Steal.
   Do not touch or take anything that doesn’t belong to you without permission – whether it’s protected or not.
3. Griefing is Prohibited.
   Harmless pranks are allowed, but never intentionally destroy someone’s work.
4. Do not cheat.
   No x-ray, flying, etc. It’s not that hard to find diamonds. These will result in an immediate ban.
5. Do not ask for staff favors.
   We all play the game properly. Sometimes we will lose all our gear, but we won’t spawn it back in.
6. Do not ask for death rescues.
   Don’t spam the discord asking for people to come on and rescue you because you fell in lava etc. You can ask, but if nobody can help, take the loss and move on.
7. Do not ask to be staff.
   All members are encouraged to voice their opinions on how we do things, but staff will be chosen by us, and anyone that asks won’t be considered.
8. PVP without consent is not allowed!
   Don’t kill someone if they don’t want to fight. Be sure to pick up any dropped items after a kill so they do not despawn & put them in a chest.
9. Duplication: TNT duping is allowed.
   …as long as the server performance is not affected, but all other duplication glitches are strictly prohibited.
10. Gameplay recordings:
    Anyone playing on the server agrees that they can be included in recordings made by other players. Similarly, players making recordings must remove (or obfuscate) any personal info from recordings e.g. from chat.
11. Do not promote other servers.
12. English Only
    Only English is to be spoken on the server and Discord, with the exception of private messages.
13. Common sense rules apply.
    Use common sense, if it’s wrong – don’t do it, you’ll probably get in trouble.
14. All rules apply to staff.
    Admins do not have OP on their player accounts, and use separate accounts for server administration purposes. Mods only have basic permissions, e.g. block logging. Nothing that gives them an advantage.
